9 - 10 NORTHERN CENTRE: GLAMIS CASTLE EXTRAVAGANZA. Still awaiting details from the organisers this popular Scottish Car Show is normally held on second weekend of July. More details to follow.

9 SOUTHWESTERN CENTRE: HIGHNAM COURT. We attend a masonic organised garden party in the wonderful country house and its stunning gardens. It is a family day with lots organised for the kids. Strawberries and a glass of bubbly for all those going (not the kids!). The classic car element is really well supported and very eclectic. A really great day out.

15 - 17 THAMES VALLEY CENTRE: THAMES TRADITIONAL BOAT FESTIVAL. A celebration of all that's best in British boat building from a bygone era. Featuring the largest display of traditional boats in Europe, the Dunkirk "Little Ships", Her Majesty's Rowbarge "Gloriana", amphibious and military vehicles, the WW1 air display team and much more by the banks of the River Thames, Fawley Meadows in historic Henley-on-Thames.

15 - 17 NEW FOREST CENTRE: THAMES TRADITIONAL BOAT FESTIVAL. We have rooms reserved for 2 nights (15th and 16th) at the Mercure Lambert in the Chiltern Hills. On Saturday we will visit the best classic wooden boat festival in the UK! As last year there will be the opportunity to visit a genuine Dunkirk “Little Ship” and possibly take part in a parade cruise.

The action-packed weekend attracts a wide variety of cars competing on the historic hill climb course, spectacular themed vehicle displays, thrilling demos, historic parades, the popular Classic & Sports Car Concours, quality trade stands and nonstop live music from Swing, Rock and Roll, Rhythm & Blues, Motown to a Beatles Tribute act! 16 - 25 NEW FOREST CENTRE: FORAY FRANCE IX. Taking a Stena Line Ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland, then 4 nights half-board accommodation in the Hotel Ernst in Holland followed by 4 nights B & B accommodation in Ypres. The return to England via the Eurotunnel. Highlights include the stunning Healey Museum at Vreeland, the Arnham Airborne Museum and WWI Battle Memorials, with options for a range of other interesting visits. 3 NEW FOREST CENTRE: REASONABLE WEATHER WEDNESDAY. The plan is to gather at the ‘Sir John Barleycorn’, Cadnam by 10.30am for tea/coffee, and have a chat as usual. For a preview of the menus they are at www.sir-john-barleycorn.co.uk. Please place your lunch orders before you leave for the drive (we may have to pay for food at that time). We then leave the pub at 11.30am – 11.45am and take a suggested tour of the local forest area. Lunch is at 1pm back at the ‘Sir John Barleycorn’

7 NORTHERN CENTRE: CLASSICS OVER SANDS. Grange Classic Vehicle Day in the beautiful Edwardian town of Grange-over-Sands. On the towns recreational field, overlooking Morecambe Bay, this is a great day out for all the family. The event raises money for a variety of local and national charities, this year it's "blood bikes".

13 NEW FOREST CENTRE: ANNUAL BARBEQUE/PICNIC. It will take place at the Scout field in Copythorne (just down the road from the Empress). This is the same field as last year, so please bring your drinks and food, and we will provide the BBQ. For a change there is an option to meet at the ‘New Forest Lavender Farm’, Giles Lane off the A36 Salisbury Road, Landford SP5 2BG at 10.30am for tea/coffee and goodies. If you wish to can go straight to the field, it will be open from around 10.30am. The BBQ will be ready for cooking at 1pm. If some of you would be good enough to bring along cakes for afternoon teas, that would be superb.

16 - 18 NATIONAL: INTERNATIONAL HEALEY WEEKEND. Based at the Holiday Inn outside Winchester, you will be welcomed on Friday afternoon with tea or coffee, followed by a group evening Dinner in the function room. A planned drive on Saturday will take us through the New Forest to Buckers Hard with the option of a boat ride on the beautiful Beaulieu River. There will be entertainment with the evening Dinner. On Sunday we will have a tour through the South Downs National Park with various options to suit all tastes. Again a group Dinner has been organised for Sunday evening. Departure will follow breakfast on Monday. Bookings will open early in 2022.
