21 NEW FOREST CENTRE: REASONABLE WEATHER WEEKDAY. We plan to meet a Cranborne Garden Centre with the option of visiting Cranborne Manor Gardens (£5 concession entry charge). Then we will enjoy a short meander through country lanes before having lunch at The Fighting Cocks at Godshill near Fordingbridge. Some idea of numbers will be helpful, so please contact Colin.

4 NEW FOREST CENTRE: REASONABLE WEATHER WEEKDAY. Visit to the “Hospital of St Cross and Almshouse of Noble Poverty’, St Cross Road, Winchester. Sorry - now fully booked.

23 - 27 NEW FOREST CENTRE: WALES HOLIDAY at The Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5DY. For our annual Centre Holiday in September 2019 we are planning to visit the beautiful roads and scenery of mid-Wales. Our preliminary plans include a planned drive through the beautiful Elan Valley to Devils Bridge and a visit to the Dolaucothi Gold Mines (but those are far from confirmed at this early stage!). Booking now closed.

OCTOBER
19 NEW FOREST CENTRE: AUTUMN LEAVES. Plan to meet at Mabel’s Cafe, Shallowmead Nurseries, Lymington SO41 8AP for coffee at 10.45 to leave by around 11.45 for a short drive, hopefully with good Autumn colours, across the Forest to La Pergola, Lyndhurst SO43 7BQ for lunch. Number dependant as whether we need to pre-book menu choices, so please let me know by October 12th if you intend coming.

30 NEW FOREST CENTRE: LAYING UP SUPPER. We will be holding our last event of the year at the Fish Inn, just off the A31 at Ringwood, meeting at 7.00 for 7.30pm. Please return booking form with appropriate payment before 14th November.
